Over 5,000 books! That’s the stock of second-hand books we hold, by a wide variety of authors, with a small selection available each week on our market stall.

On the first Sunday of every month (10.00am - 4.00pm) we now organise an ‘open day’ at our home address (En Bajon, 32300 IDRAC RESPAILLES), so that you can call in for coffee and a chat, and select any books you would like to buy. Or ring us on 05 62 667199 to arrange to come over any afternoon except Thursdays.

Most of our books are modern fiction, for both adults and children, including comics, but we also stock a good range of classics. In addition we have a growing stock of non-fiction books, on topics such as gardening, cookery, hobbies, etc., plus biographies and autobiographies.

All books are very competitively priced, with the paperbacks costing a maximum of 3€, while many are considerably less. You may even find some freebies! If you wish to bring books in exchange we will accept TWO

of your books for ONE of ours, or two books you have bought from us and read in exchange for a new purchase. So don’t delay! Come over and see us soon, and stock up on reading matter for all the family.
